Financial Aid
Financial Aid applications are now closed.
Successful applicants can now claim refund of their expenses.
PyConIE takes a lot of effort to organise, including the financial matters. In order to ease this process, please respect the following:
State your name in your email subject.
In the email body, we'll need:
- Your full name
- Your personnal address
- Your IBAN
- All receipts as PDF attachements
please, send all of the above, in one single email.
In particular:
- email containing only partial information of the above
- receipts not converted to PDF
will not be processed.
You'll need to send another email, containing all of the above.
Once received, a processing delay of 3 to 4 days is typical. Then the bank transfer is usually a few days also. We'll confirm with you when we'll have initiated the transfer.
